Ad majorem Dei gloriamStraight answers.
Are you private equity? Will you sell the business later?
No. We’re not a fund, so there’s no exit deadline. We buy businesses to own and operate for the long term.
What happens to my employees?
We start by learning from and supporting your team. Keeping key people matters to us; specific roles depend on the business.
What’s it like to work in your companies?
We celebrate milestones and good work, pair newer team members with experienced mentors, and invest in bringing the next generation into the trades. We also aim to give new parents paid time off.
Do I need to stay, and who runs it after the sale?
That depends on your goals and what the business needs. Before closing, we agree together on your role and the leadership plan, whether you stay on, step back gradually, or hand off.
Will you change everything or replace people with AI?
No. We learn why things work before changing anything. We use technology to make good operators more capable and cut busywork, not to replace the team.
Will you keep the company name?
We respect the reputation behind the name and decide that together during the acquisition.
How quickly can a sale happen?
Timing depends on the business, diligence, financing, and transition needs.
What should I share first?
A short overview, your goals, and the best way to reach you are enough to begin. Revenue and EBITDA are optional; save detailed financials for later.
Is faith part of your companies?
We offer prayer in our companies for anyone who wants it. It’s always optional, and people of every faith, or none, are equally welcome.
